Another small one story on a tight Minneapolis lot. We created this modern farmhouse style 2 story and kept as much outdoor living space as possible. Although the yard is small, it has the right amenities including a front porch, rear deck, and level backyard. The interior features 3 bedrooms/2 baths/laundry up, open main floor with mudroom, powder room, center island kitchen, family room, dining room, and office. The final touch to finish the interior is a basement with stained and polished concrete floors that features a family room, bedroom, and full bath.
